I am happiest on a football field, court or golf course playing my favorite sport for that season.  I also love coaching youth football and other youth sports.  I did love working at EDS / TPD and traveling the world during the PC revolution.  What a great group of people; very smart, knew how to take care of customers, and would get it done under budget.  Love my time at EDS.

I married at great woman, Esther and we have two boys; Zane and Berndt.  We moved to Colorado from Texas after we married and had a great 15 years in Colorado.  We moved back to Texas in 2009 and enjoyed living in Keller, TX.  I am originally from the Fort Worth area and love the friendly atmosphere of Keller.  We do miss the mountains, camping and skiing.  I also miss the cold weather.  I love the 40 degree nights.

Since I have been back in Texas, I have focused on consulting but really becoming a writer.  I have written two youth football coaching books and working on a third.  I also have 4 novels in draft form trying to write endings for all.  The ending is always the hardest to write.

Who is Coach Parker?

Coach Parker has been coaching youth sports since 1994. In 1994, he was a member of the Plano Sports Authority Football Coaching Staff of the Year. Coach Parker grew up in Texas; living, breathing and playing football. Go Dallas Cowboys! He started playing football in 3rd grade and played through HS. His High School Offensive Coordinator and Linebacker’s coach, was Ron Schroeder, one of the winningest Coaches in Texas Football.  I am currently coaching in Keller, TX at KYAFootball.com.
